How the System works
BelTransSputnik can technically be integrated with any complex automation products. Most often, we set up interaction with 1C Accounting, 1C Transport, 1C Trade Management, ERP 1C Enterprise Management, etc.
- instantly upload delivery or service addresses from ERP or CRM to the BelTransSputnik Optimal Routing System, geocode them and compare FACT to PLAN
- upload to logistics operators third-party systems data on the movement of those of your vehicles that are currently working on the contract for this operator. In this case, for safety reasons, you can coarsen the accuracy of the location of the car on the road
- upload information about free cargo from cargo exchanges to the map of your transport movement in the BelTransSputnik System
- upload a set of data on the movement of your vehicles carrying dangerous goods required by the legislation of different countries to the control systems of these countries (in particular, the Polish system SENT)
- for a reasonable salary calculation, upload to CRM or ERP a complete set of KPI drivers according to various criteria: economical and accurate driving, progress on schedule, discipline in filling out reporting forms in the BTS-Route mobile app for couriers, etc.
